Please read these terms carefully before using Saastifly.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Saastifly ("Saastifly", "we", "us", "our"), a cloud-based training management and CRM platform for training providers. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using Saastifly, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Saastifly is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform combining training/course management (TMS), customer relationship management (CRM), and website/content management (CMS) tools, designed for training providers operating in Malaysia and internationally, including support for HRD Corp claimable training administration.
Current plans, features, and pricing are published at saastifly.com/pricing. All fees are quoted and billed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g. for Enterprise plans). One-time onboarding/setup fees, where applicable, are billed separately and are due before implementation work begins.
Where offered, a free trial period allows you to evaluate Saastifly before committing to a paid subscription. No payment is required to start a trial. If you do not subscribe to a paid plan before the trial ends, your access may be limited or suspended. We may modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time.
You authorise us (or our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Failure to pay outstanding fees may result in suspension or termination of your access.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at ask@saastifly.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree not to use Saastifly to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's data; or (d) interfere with the normal operation of the service.
Saastifly, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of the training, participant, and business data you upload to the platform ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership over Your Data and use it only to provide and support the service.
We aim to keep Saastifly available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saastifly and its owners/operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or have significantly overdue payments.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Saastifly after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice where practical.
